Sweet South Congress Ranch - Peaceful, yet Stylish! COMING SOON.

Exciting new project! This sweet 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with vaulted ceilings, 1 car garage, large trees and yard, is going to be great.  Peaceful neighborhood, but close to everything 78745 and 78704 have to offer.  The house will have just the right amount of quaint vintage charm but it will be warm modern (slighting MCM). Bamboo floors, colorful accents, stainless steel and cherry butcher block countertops, penny tile, salvaged wood details will make this house irresistible.  Yet the price should be accessible.  Since it is just south of Ben White, you will get a lot more for your money :)

COMING SOON...South Congress Hip Remodel

Actually, it's here!  I am not the listing agent, but I sure would like my project to "fly of the shelf".  115 Frederick, Austin TX 78704 is awesome and just off South Congress!  It is listed by Castle Hill Investments for $319,900.  Enjoy a few pictures below.

That's right...Home Depot!   The Merola Cementi Quatro and Centro.  It is stunning. At roughly $14 a square foot, it is a bit of splurge, but so worth it.  Now I really want to use this on a bathroom floor?  Anyone need a bathroom redesign?

SNEAK PEAK - Granada Tile Kitchen (Way LESS Expensive!)

Wow!  I found a secret source for great Cement Tiles that mimic the look of high end Granada Tile.  Granada Tile from sources like these can take months arrive and are between $20-$40 per square foot plus freight!  I got these babies for $14 a square foot in just a few days with free shipping!  I will reveal my source with the big reveal of this finished kitchen.  This is for a super tiny kitchen in and 1940's house in North Loop.  It will be a rental, but the owners requested some special features.  More to come!

The pattern and color is exactly what this kitchen needs.   Paired with pre-fab white quartz countertops, which who know could be cut with a circular saw and hardie blade.

Here is a really quick composite so you can get an idea of the pattern.
