French Place Remodel - Still a Classic!

Though completed in 2011, this charming bungalow in the vibrant French Place neighborhood is one of Making Modern Home's most timeless and popular projects.  We were the buyer's Realtor too!  Check out the before pictures. Though the house was well maintained, it lacked sophistication.  We transformed this little bungalow into a bright, custom, showstopper without the high-end price tag.  In 2017, the owner sold the home to upgraded to a large Wilshire Woods 60’s Ranch that we remodeled. Pictures coming 2020 for that one!
