Making Modern Home wrapped up this architecturally stunning new home located in Austin's premier, walkable Bouldin neighborhood.  We designed and directed the project as a spec build (for loyal, repeat investor clients) to deliver custom design & quality without the wait to 78704 buyers. We were there from land acquisition, through design, building, staging, detailing, and listing! The sunlight-filled main floor, master bedroom, and spacious great room overlook lush greenery and a tranquil creek setting through the expansive windows we specified. The timeless kitchen boasts Thermador appliances, custom walnut cabinetry, a walk-in pantry & marble. Upgrades include level 5 smooth drywall, full prewire, stone hearth modern linear fireplace, an Ipe deck, covered patio & custom steel Durango front door.
